Carnegie SVRA

Carnegie SVRA is located 15 miles west of Livermore Ca. It is mostly for bikes, but recently California acquired 3000 acres named the Alameda acquisition. The state would like to turn this part into a 4 wheel drive area within the next to 2 to 5 years. Drove with Joe (PROJECTWJ from Jeepsunlimited)
