We haven't been this far north in the Sierra yet. All I can say it was great and definitely one of the best camping trips in a long time. Scenery was great, camping spots were everywhere, secluded and spacious. Of course we are still the worst when it comes to fishing, again we got zero fish. Fish were there though as one of our neighbors caught a 20 inch German Brown. As for trails, well it still is a little early for that elevation and we encountered lots of snowdrifts blocking trails. So we decided just to take the boat out on the lake sightsee and fish.
